We have a limited number of special free glasses for viewing the eclipse. Please attend one of the safe viewing programs to learn how to safely view the eclipse. SUNGLASSES WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR EYES! You must use special lenses to view an eclipse safely!

Don't forget a folding chair, water bottles, sunscreen and anything else that will make your experience enjoyable. If you plan to view the entire eclipse, it lasts almost three hours! Maximum eclipse for Mount Pleasant will occur at 2:23 p.m.
